Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact Chasing Fireflies to request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The merchandise price will be refunded (minus the charge for use of their shipping label if you use their tracked return service) after the items have been received and processed by their warehouse team. Returned merchandise must be in a new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. Altered or personalized items, and items identified as final sale cannot be returned. They do not accept returns on sale or clearance products. Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return. Return postage cost is not refundable and they will deduct $14.95 from your refund for use of their tracked return label service.
